The Quebec Health Minister accused human error because a 33 cm-foot-long medical device was forgotten in a woman who underwent a uterine resection at the Montreal hospital in last March.
But Gaetan Barrette urged patients not to lose confidence in the health system.

She was diagnosed with ovarian cancer in last October and received chemotherapy in the winter before the March 14 mastectomy.
Complaining about the pain the day after Dube\'s surgery-
Not the abdomen but the shoulder.
Her doctor and nurse at Notre.
The Dame Hospital told her that a mastectomy would cause pain elsewhere in her body, which is normal.
But the pain continued to increase over the next few weeks, and Dube was given a reaction
Inflammatory drugs.
On May 22, she went to the emergency room of the hospital in frustration and was told that a metal plate had been found by the scan.
The medical report shows \"flexible blade\", 33-
Centimeters long, left in the abdomen during her surgery.
